Founded High-Tech Drilling and Development and worked with various geophysical projects including advanced surface technologies, traditional geologic methods, gravity studies, remote sensing via satellite infrared imagery, low-level airborne surveys, geochem, seismic, LiDAR, and a variety of experimental methods, as well as downhole tools including advanced analysis of archaic dual induction, electric and nuclear logs.

Founded Micro-Dynamics, a computer manufacturing company developed for the specialty purpose of selling, installing, running, and supporting fully integrated accounting software. This was at the dawn of the PC age and offered a low-cost solution to small and medium size companies that were often priced out of the mainframe market.

Youngest sales rep ever promoted to regional management for a Fortune 100 Company (Crowell Collier & Macmillan) and subsequently placed 8th among top 10 managers worldwide, winning all expense paid vacations to London and Europe, 2 of the 4 years he was there.

Recruited and placed PhD Indian computer scientists during the Y2K computer panic.

Recruited, Hired, and trained representatives for LaSalle Extension University, Chicago, a pioneer in distance learning and career development. Managed districts in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Wilmington, Delaware.
